- Why is Liberty Bank changing BizLink Online Banking?
It's simple: our new system will enable you to do more, and do it faster, more easily and more securely. For example, you'll be able to:
- View check images online
- Connect directly with Quickbooks® or Microsoft Money®
- Place stop payments
- View detailed transaction reporting
- What security enhancements will be made?
Shortly after our system upgrade, enhanced login security will become effective. This enhancement will strengthen your online security by recognizing the computer you use each time you log onto BizLink Online Banking. Once you log onto BizLink, you will be asked to enter a special one-time security code. In addition, you have the option to add another layer of security by registering your computer. You will be prompted to add these extra security measures when you log onto the new BizLink Online Banking system.
- Will my current User Name and Password change?
In addition to your current User Name and Password, you will need to enter your new Company Identification Number and Password. This additional Login criteria will be provided to you from Liberty Bank in a mailing prior to the conversion.
- What steps do I follow when I login for the first time?
On May 14, 2007, visit liberty-bank.com. You will see the Login area for BizLink Online Banking in the top, left-hand corner of the page. Click the Login Button and you will be directed to a new Login Page where you will enter in your new Company ID and new Company Password along with your current User Name and current Password. The security enhancements mentioned above will be added at a later date after the conversion.
- How do I apply for BizLink?
We are excited to announce that our new and improved BizLink Online Banking and Bill Pay is being introduced on May 14, 2007. New enrollments are suspended until that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. After May 14, 2007, you may enroll for new BizLink on our new, redesigned web site. One of our Cash Management experts will be in touch within the next three days to complete the process. Current BizLink customers will be converted to the new system automatically.
- Once I'm Approved for BizLink how long until I can begin using the service?
Once you have been approved for BizLink, we will work with you to develop the solution that is right for your business. After that process is complete, we will assign your company a Company Identification Number and Password along with your User Name and Password.
- Will my Bill Pay Payee information be affected by the upgrade?
- Yes. Unfortunately, we will not be able to carry over your existing Payee information. This will need to be re-entered into the new system once we do the upgrade. Tip: Print out your existing Payee information off the current Bill Pay system now. This way you can easily reference back to this information whon you re-enter it.
- What do I do if I can't remember my password?
Call (888) 570-0773 and ask to be transferred to the Cash Management Department. We can reset your password for you. As the Administrator for your company, you will be easily able to reset the passwords of other users within your company through our new enhanced system.
- Will a company's authorized BizLink users be affected in the conversion?
- Yes. The designated company Administrator will need to reinstate authorized users on the new BizLink site as Liberty Bank is only able to convert the company Administrator’s credentials. The designated company Administrator will receive the company's new Company Identification Number and Company Password from Liberty Bank. They will need this information along with their own User Name and Password to log onto BizLink.
- Will Quicken, QuickBooks or Microsoft Money be affected by the upgrade?
